Orckai plans are billed monthly or annually — annual billing saves 20%. Invoices are processed securely via Stripe, and all major credit cards are supported. Enterprise customers can be billed via purchase order and standard net-30 terms. You can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription from the billing section of your dashboard.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, prorated charges are applied for the remainder of the current billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current period, and unused credit is applied to your next invoice. No cancellation fees, no long-term lock-in.

One workflow execution is a single run of a workflow from trigger to completion, regardless of how many steps the workflow contains. Whether your workflow has 3 steps or 30 steps, it still counts as one execution. Agent invocations inside a workflow don't count separately, and failed executions (queued retries) also count as the same execution.

Workflow executions that exceed your daily quota are queued and will run the following day — no executions are lost. Widget conversations are rate-limited gracefully: visitors receive a friendly message and usage resumes the next day. You'll also see usage warnings in the dashboard as you approach your limits, so you can upgrade before hitting them if needed.

Yes — every new organization gets a 7-day free trial with full platform access, no credit card required. You can build agents, connect systems, create workflows, and embed widgets exactly as you would on a paid plan. Upgrade anytime during or after the trial to keep everything you've built.
