Every plan comes with a one-time allowance of AI usage that Orckai pays for — 500 credits on the free trial, 5,000 on Starter, 20,000 on Professional, and 50,000 on Enterprise. You do not need your own LLM provider account to get started: sign up, build an agent, and it works immediately. Credits are drawn down as your agents, workflows, widgets, and knowledge base indexing run, and your remaining balance is always visible in the app.

No. Credits are a one-time allowance rather than a monthly quota, and they never expire — unused credit stays in your account for as long as your organization does. When you upgrade to a higher plan, you receive that plan’s full credit allowance.

Yes, on any plan. Add your own key in organization settings and every AI call switches to it immediately, billed to you by your provider at their rates. Your included credits are paused rather than lost — if you later remove your key, Orckai falls back to whatever balance remained. Most teams start on included credits to evaluate the platform, then move to their own key once usage grows.

AI features pause rather than silently billing you for overage — there are no surprise charges. To carry on, either add your own provider API key, which takes effect straight away, or contact us about moving to a plan with a larger allowance. Everything you have built stays exactly as it is in the meantime.

Orckai plans are billed monthly or annually — annual billing saves 20%. Invoices are processed securely via Stripe, and all major credit cards are supported. Enterprise customers can be billed via purchase order and standard net-30 terms. You can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription from the billing section of your dashboard.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, prorated charges are applied for the remainder of the current billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current period, and unused credit is applied to your next invoice. No cancellation fees, no long-term lock-in.

One workflow execution is a single run of a workflow from trigger to completion, regardless of how many steps the workflow contains. Whether your workflow has 3 steps or 30 steps, it still counts as one execution. Agent invocations inside a workflow don’t count separately, and failed executions (queued retries) also count as the same execution.

Workflow executions that exceed your daily quota are queued and will run the following day — no executions are lost. Widget conversations are rate-limited gracefully: visitors receive a friendly message and usage resumes the next day. You’ll also see usage warnings in the dashboard as you approach your limits, so you can upgrade before hitting them if needed.

Yes — every new organization gets a 7-day free trial with full platform access, no credit card required. You can build agents, connect systems, create workflows, and embed widgets exactly as you would on a paid plan. Upgrade anytime during or after the trial to keep everything you’ve built.
